mini UVB3.0 Halolgen bulbs are a great alternative to the standard incandescent bulbs that are so commonly used in reptile keeping. Available in 18W/28W/53W & 25W/50W/75W with 3 different types of fittings - E26/E27/GU10, these bulbs also emit small amounts of UVB, approximately equivalent to a 3.0 level. Whilst this small out put of UVB is enough for some pets, such as frog and terrapin. But it is not sufficient as the primary source of UVB, it does make for a great source of supplimentary UVB in a spot beam at a different location to the primary source of UVB.
